The International Leadership Competition (ILC) is a prestigious global initiative hosted by Bangladesh, founded by the YSDI Trust and the Leadership Development Academy. We invite passionate students from around the world to showcase their leadership, critical thinking, communication, and creativity in a global arena.

Who Can Participate?

  • Students from Undergraduate and Master’s level.
  • Open to all countries worldwide
  • Participants must have access to internet & device (as all rounds are online)

Competition Structure for International Participants

Format: Public Speaking

Objective: Test basic leadership knowledge, communication skills, and critical thinking.

Mode: Online

Format: Case Study Presentation

Objective: Solve a real-world challenge with leadership insight and strategic thinking
